The product is sold individually. This particular design uses two different colors of embroidery floss and a glass bead.

𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬

In order to get the perfect size, you must follow the guidelines for sizes as stated below. The bracelet hooking hole is made bigger than the bracelet, so that you can put them on easily. If you buy one bigger than recommended, the bracelet may come off.

The colors may look slightly different from the pictures and the sizes may vary a little. Please be aware that even if there are bracelets with the same colors, they may have different hook colors or beads

𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 & 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬

At this moment, I do not make any custom bracelets. The colors available are as shown in the pictures.

The bracelet is made for those with wrist size of approximately 13.5 to 14 cm (5.315 to 5.512 in.). The bracelet is approximately 15.5 to 16 cm (6.102 to 6.299 in.). If you do not have a measuring tape, the recommended method is cutting a slender piece of paper and wrapping it around the wrist.

𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬

I do not accept any returns or refunds unless the product is damaged, is missing an item, I sent the wrong order, or the order did not arrive. You may cancel an order ONLY IF I haven’t shipped it. If I already sent the order, I’m sorry but it is too late to cancel the order.

The product is packaged with a lot of care :) It is packaged in a plastic bag with a sticker (picture 1) and will be sent in a bubble mailer through USPS’s First Class Mail. Shipping is $4.

I plan on shipping once a week. Please message me to see what day I’m shipping. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 days. However, it is subjected to be longer due to COVID-19. I would like to ask for your patience.

In the future, I would like to replace the packaging to environment friendly ones.
